Greenock’s new £21 million Health and Care Centre was completed in 2021 for Hub West Scotland, NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and BAM construction . It was an opportunity to create a centre where the local community can expect to be supported by a extensive range of professionals, close to home. The existing Health and Care is very out-dated and does not facilitate provision of modern health and social care services. The new Centre will provide access to modern and integrated Primary Care and Community Health services to the people of Greenock and beyond. It will help tackle health inequalities and promote social regeneration, bringing huge benefits to the local people. The centre will host a range of health and care services including:

• GP surgeries
• Physiotherapy
• Health visiting and school nursing
• Social Work – assessment and care
• Community dental services
• A pharmacy
• District nursing
• Podiatry
• Dieticians

Workspace have previously provided the FF&E, clinical fitted furniture, IPS, blinds and bespoke reception counters to the previous 5 Primary Care Centres (Eastwood, Maryhill, Gorbals, Woodside and the Shields Centre) and were glad to continue this exceptional partnership on this latest Health & Care centre.
