Spire Healthcare Plc is the second largest provider of private healthcare in the United Kingdom and the largest in terms of revenue, with over 3800 consultants and 38 award winning private hospitals.

WorkSpace completed the full FF&E package for this 5-floor state-of-the-art new build hospital in Didsbury for Spire Healthcare.

Working with Vinci Construction and Halliday Meecham Architects, we developed a superior specification for the fitted furniture including curved Corian® shelves in Glacier White to the bedrooms and curved Corian® desking to the reception areas with engraved panels.

WorkSpace’s attitude and ability to produce solutions and samples over a short period for the end-user to assess the quality and robustness of their products, ensured a cost effective solution was provided.

As a consequence of this attitude, we involved them in the Spire Scheme at Tender Stage to assist the team with the FF&E Package to ensure the desired aesthetics were achieved within the allocated budget.

Workspace, are by far the best FF&E Subcontractor I have had the pleasure of working with and I will continue to utilise them where possible on future schemes.
